Protocol Manager enables a single operator to communicate between a personal computer and multiple ovens equipped with Protocol Plus controllers. Protocol Manager displays key operating information and enables one operator to stop, start, program and monitor as many as 32 ovens from a single personal computer. Protocol Manager also records operating information, eliminating the need for a chart recorder and bulky paper records.
